Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Phlebotomy Instructor to join our healthcare training program. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and a strong background in phlebotomy practices. The Phlebotomy Instructor will be responsible for providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful phlebotomists.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructional materials, including lesson plans and presentations
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills
- Ensure that all class materials and equipment are in good condition and readily available
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
- Stay up-to-date with current phlebotomy practices and techniques
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities
