AlliedRx Institute of Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Instructor who is passionate about educating and mentoring students. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the field of pharmacy and a desire to share that knowledge with others.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum for the Pharmacy Technician program
- Provide instruction on pharmacy-related topics such as medications, drug interactions, dosage calculations, pharmacy laws and regulations, and pharmacy technology
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and coaching
- Monitor and maintain student records and documentation
- Provide guidance and support to students to ensure their success in the program
Requirements:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- Experience teaching or training in a classroom or clinical setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students
