Job Description: We are looking for a qualified CCMA Instructor to join our healthcare training program. The CCMA Instructor will be responsible for providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful Clinical Medical Assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructional materials, including lesson plans and presentations
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills
- Ensure that all class materials and equipment are in good condition and readily available
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
- Stay up-to-date with current clinical medical assisting practices and techniques
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities
Requirements:
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical medical assisting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to teach and motivate students of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain professional and ethical standards at all times
