Job Description: We are looking for a qualified CCMA Instructor to join our healthcare training program. The CCMA Instructor will be responsible for providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful Clinical Medical Assistants.


  • Deliver instructional materials, including lesson plans and presentations
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills
  • Ensure that all class materials and equipment are in good condition and readily available
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
  • Stay up-to-date with current clinical medical assisting practices and techniques
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation
  • Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities


  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical medical assisting experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to teach and motivate students of diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain professional and ethical standards at all times
